Nothing so far suggests it. Neighbors are met on your planet and through Starsea Voyages, unlike Genshin's character banners.

The pull item for the Starsea Call system. You can get 10 from code PTPL1204, up to 10 from the launch login event and 10 more at Luca Arbor level 30.
Did the beta have in-game purchases?＋
No. The Final Beta (Sep 20 – Oct 19, 2026) had no purchases, so final prices will only be known at launch.
